Missouri and Federal Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of twenty-one (21). Therefore, guests are required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Cable Dahmer Arena. Guests are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the property of Cable Dahmer Arena at Independence Community Ice.

Animals or pets of any kind are not permitted into Cable Dahmer Arena/Independence Community Ice except for trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities. Service animals must be leashed at all times, unless performing a necessary task for their handler which requires the leash be removed. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damages caused by the service animal. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises. In order to better accommodate guests with service animals, please notify our Guest Services Department at events@cabledahmerarena.com.

Guests are encouraged to not bring bags to Cable Dahmer Arena. If guests do wish to bring a bag, it can be no larger than 12" x 6" x 12".

Additional notes:

• Oversized bags and backpacks are not permitted
• Diaper bags must be accompanied by a child and are subject to inspection
• Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items that require a bag larger than the 12" x 6" x 12" limit and are subject to inspection

The Box Office is operated by Ticketmaster, the only official authorized ticketing agency for Cable Dahmer Arena events and is located on the northeast corner of Cable Dahmer Arena next to Gate 1.

Cable Dahmer Arena is a cashless venue, all concessions and vender points-of-sale will only accept major credit debit cards. The only point of sale that accepts cash as well as all major credit and debit cards is the Box Office. 

Small personal, non-professional "point and shoot" cameras are allowed inside Cable Dahmer Arena unless otherwise requested by artist or tour management. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Cable Dahmer Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events.

Outside food and beverage is prohibited inside the venue. Cable Dahmer Arena offers a variety of concessions along the concourse featuring delicious food and beverage options. Plus additional vendor carts will be stationed throughout the venue serving a selection of alcohol and other beverages. All concessions and vendor points-of-sale are cashless, accepting only major credit or debit cards. 

Doors will open apprximately 60 minutes prior to show time. Times are subject to change without notice.

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment we ask that while visiting Cable Dahmer Arena, guests be courteous and respectful to those around them and abide by venue policies. Guests using foul or abusive language, behaving in an unruly manner or appearing intoxicated are subject to ejection and/or arrest.

If the tour is offering merchandise, it will be located inside the building on the Main Concourse located outside of Section 108.

• Outside food and/or beverages

• Oversized bags and backpacks (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12")

• Cans, Metal/Glass/Plastic Containers, Bottles or Flasks

• Illegal drugs or substances (zero tolerance on this)

• Incendiary devices, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, permanent markers

• Weapons of any kind

• Strollers (exceptions made for collapsible ones that fit under seat)

• Banner sticks, poster tubes and flag poles

• Items whose content cannot be inspected (wrapped gifts, etc.)

• Laptops, personal computers, two-way radios, tablets, iPads

• Flashlights, laser pointers, flares, fireworks, confetti

• Nose making devices (air horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, etc.)

• Balloons, balls, projectiles, optical illusions

• Skateboards, segways, scooters, roller blades, bikes, hoverboards, helmets

• Coolers, ice chests, folding chairs, pointed-tip umbrellas

• Seat cushions or booster seats: cannot have zippers, pockets or concealable areas

• Masks, chains, studded belts or bracelets

• Drones

• Animals or pets (accomodations will be made for trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animals)

• Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, flyers

• Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, derogatory characterization

• Signs, flags and banners of any size or kind

Facility management, artist/tour management, and security reserves the right to ban any additional items at their discretion.Cable Dahmer Arena and security staff reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry is not permitted at Cable Dahmer Arena. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Cable Dahmer Arena will have a designated smoking/vaping section for events located on the North side of the building outside section 118 and (availabilty varies depending on event) the East side of the building outside section 110. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all other areas of Cable Dahmer Arena and Independence Community Ice.

Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of Cable Dahmer Arena and Independence Community Ice. Any guest caught selling tickets on the property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
